Upstairs Downtown is an event that is where the public can view several different buildings in various stages of progress in the downtown area.  Usually held on a Saturday from 10am- 4pm in May. Cost is $10 per person.

Previous buildings have included: The Harvester building and Hoffman Lofts, Curtis Architecture building, Appanoose Rapids building, KMGO building, the old Plum Crazy building, Elliott Oil building, Iowa State Extension building.
