Our volunteers are the heart of Main Street Program. We invite anyone who is interested in the revitalization of downtown Ottumwa to join us as a volunteer. We are continually updating and refining our goals and projects and would welcome you to share in that process. Over 14,000 volunteer hours have been donated to the Main Street Ottumwa program. With a value set by the State of Iowa for each volunteer hour at $16.60, that is an added value of approximately $232,000 given in support of Main Street Ottumwa!
