Main Street Historic District- starts follows the Des Moines River until Jefferson Street, turns and goes North until East 2nd Street, turns west on 2nd Street, turns North on Green Street, turns west on 3rd Street and goes behind the Ottumwa Courier, turns North on N. Market Street until 4th Street, turns west on 4th Street until Marion Street goes South back to the Des Moines River.
